Rare and very interesting vintage Pirate Sword Prop from Disney Studios. Measures Approx 43 long. Sword is well made, studio aged and distressed. The hilt features ornate carved designs. Blade and hilt are made of metal. Some light rust on the metal blade. Grip is made of white resin with wood and metal accents. Some damage is present to the grip, so small chips to the white resin and wood. Comes directly from Walt Disney Studio Archives. Sword still has Walt Disney Studios Props Department barcode on grip. Overall very good condition. (See pics) Shows signs of wear from age, use in production, and storage. The hilt is slightly loose. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity. There be squalls ahead. This is a prop replica of the cast members only sign from the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disney World. It’s a very accurate replica, and made out of gator board. I did not make this myself, this is something that was professionally made, and almost indistinguishable from the original. Definitely would be a cool addition to any pirate themed room. Roughly 18×18 with hanger on back.
