Disneyland Big Thunder Mountain Mine Bird Vintage Display Prop

This is a really cool mine bird from Disneyland Big Thunder mountain. They used to use birds in mines to test the air quality. I don’t know if they still have physical prop birds on the ride, they’re probably all now screen projections, but there used to be physical bird props on the queue. This bird is actually fairly realistic. This appears to be pretty old and in decent shape. The interior is probably some kind of foam, and there are some holes in the bird in which I showed, and some feathers are missing. Also the feet are damaged. Whats great is it is attached with just a twist tie so it was not ruined with glue. It is attached to a very cool Big Thunder Mountain Disneyland poster. Vintage large Pirate Jolly Roger Flag/Banner from a large collection of vintage Disney memorabilia and reported to be an early Disneyland Pirates of the Caribbean gift shop souvenir. This is large, measuring just under 5 feet wide at 59″ wide by 42″ tall. Has early style emblem of either felt or brushed cotton for the white color, and like the Jolly Roger from the Disney attraction, it is wearing the eye patch and red & white polkadot head scarf/bandana. Great vintage styling and in excellent condition for its age with only minor markings in areas. No holes or tears. Please see photos as they are part of the description. Yo Ho, Yo Ho! This is a Giclee on Canvas featuring John Horny’s art from 1991 that was used for the opening of Pirates at Disneyland Paris in 1992. Was also used in Disneyland for the 33rd Anniversary in 2000. Condition is excellent other than a little dust. The total size measures about 20×24. These pictures/color dont do the piece justice (looks much better in person). I also included a nice close up so you can see this is not some crappy, poor quality photo copy lol. PS: I have seen this used in other places where the artwork was reworked (in black and white in the 50th anniversary book in Paris for example) and bootlegs that have the colors much brighter and much more contrast.
