Rare and very interesting vintage Pirate Sword Prop from Disney Studios. Sword is well made, studio aged and distressed. Blade and hilt are made of metal. Grip is made of wood and has been painted black by production. Comes directly from Walt Disney Studio Archives. Overall very good condition. (See pics) Shows signs of wear from age, use in production, and storage. Some small cracks in the wood grip, but grip is still very much intact. Comes with copy Certificate of Authenticity. This vintage pirate sword was likely used in Disney theme park attractions including Pirate of the Caribbean and Skull Rock Cove. The wardrobes and props on the animatronic figures on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride have been changed out frequently. This particular poster is the finest example you will find anywhere of any Disney Attraction Poster. This was produced from Disney original art and is of the highest quality. This is a park quality poster in near mint condition. It does have VERY minor wear, but nothing that would be noticed once framed/displayed.
