Set appeared to be near complete when I first acquired it, but since has been dissembled and counted using the inventory in the back of the online instruction manual. Listed below are the item numbers for all missing pieces, in addition to the quantities needed. Some are very common, and can be replaced using pieces from your own collection, and others are a bit more rare and harder to find. This set does NOT come with any of the original minifigures or their accessories, and is also missing the physical instruction manuals. This is a RARE find. The sound does not work. The battery cover is intact and the power supply is with it. Overall in nice shape but it does have some flaws as noted below and in the pictures. There are missing/broken pieces. One character has a missing head. One woman has a missing arm. The hand holding the flag is detached from the arm. The boat has a small missing piece. A couple of the figures are missing swords. Please refer to the pictures for overall condition.
