Lego Set 4184 THE BLACK PEARL Pirates of the Caribbean 98% with All Minifigures

I would say set is approx 98% complete. All mini figures are here. Most of the missing pieces are very common parts which i dont happen to have a spare of right now. Also one of the figureheads wings and the item the figurehead holds. 2 torches on the back are also missing, i think the rest are all very common parts which should be very easy to source. Some have been replaced with pieces of a similar function, as you can see the set still looks stunning when built. One of the cannon bases has broken so the cannon has been glued in place onto its stand. Please study photos too to see exactly what you are getting.
