This set is 100% Complete with no substitutions of colors or non-Lego pieces! All the original Lego mini figures are included. As you can see in the last photo of the mini figures “Angelica” is missing her plume feather for hat, “Blackbeard” is missing his beard, “Cook” is missing his hat, “Yeoman Zombie” missing his hair, Quartermaster Zombie missing his torso. Note Angelica’s plume feather was originally in dark tan but unfortunately I had to order it in white instead. That is the only substitution for color! If you have not seen this set in person it is quite impressive! It was big enough that it was easier to photograph it on the floor.
