This is a very cool gold bar prop from the treasure Magic Kingdom Pirates of the Caribbean Disney World. This is a re list from a while back. I believe I had three of these. All three had different designs. This is the last one. This is not an old piece. I do not know when it was added or when it was removed. It is made from some kind of resin. It is about 6 3/4 inches long. I do not think that this particular piece was obtained at the time as the last 2 gold bars, even though it is very similar. I actually think this is a newer piece as an homage to the movies because of the symbol. However I’m just not sure. It also could have been one of the pieces that was taken out after the refurbishment to add Jack Sparrow in the movie stuff. This was obtained from a cast member and no longer have contact with them, so I don’t have specific information. All I can tell you it’s from the Magic Kingdom Orlando Pirates Pavilion. And it is very similar to the other gold bars you’ve probably seen in the past. As you might know, the giant treasure room is no more at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando version of the ride. Most of the pieces were just thrown away, there was literally a ton of it. But luckily some pieces were salvaged. There’s a bit of glue / adhesive still on the back, but it’s on the back and it doesn’t really affect anything. It’s obviously where it was attached to something else. Overall it’s in really good shape with some wear. This is from Disney World in the Magic Kingdom. A cool and unique piece. A personal LOA will be included.
