The two figures included in the giftset are Captain Jack Sparrow and Elizabeth Swann. The face molds are based on the actual movie characters portrayed by Johnny Depp and Keira Knightley. The figures are each approximately 12 inches tall. Jack is dressed in his signature outfit and even has his compass and a shrunken head hanging from his belt. And of course he would not be complete with out his cutlass, pistol and hat. Elizabeth is wearing a black oriental ensemble with traditional decoration and pointed hat. She also comes with a sword.
