This is a Lego brand Pirates of the Caribbean Queen Annes Revenge set 4195. The set is complete with 1 replacement piece. There is no box or manual but it does come with a POTC poster. The set itself is in very good condition. The only issues I found was that one side of Blackbeard minibody was cracked and his face has some minor damage. Angelicas hat feather is also supposed to be a light tan and has been replaced with a white one. This is a rare set and it is huge! Instructions can be found on line.
