See pics, I do not use catalog photos! The item in the picture are the actual items you will receive! Average to Good Condition (see pics) not mint, has some minor shelf wear; seals may be stretched due to storage. However, it is still sealed, see pics; FACTORY sealed by Lego / NEVER OPENED! I will note that the seals are in good condition for their age. However, due to the extreme cold weather, and dampness, in certain places of the country, it could affect the box seals and loosen or cause them to pop loose from the box, but this item is leaving my possession as Factory sealed!
